What can they do?
Temporary workers provide immediate, cost effective hands
on support to businesses that need to provide immediate results
for their clients.
We have a healthy split of short term, long term and temp
to perm contracts that are managed for many organisations
both large and small.
Our workforce spans the disciplines we cover. We operate
a highly successful Industrial & Warehouse plan and a
flexible Commercial worker pool able to meet all of your needs.
Effective Management of your Campaigns
eResponse Recruitment will appoint an Account Manager and
he/she will be supported by the internal team to resource
and screen suitable applicants. There will be one point of
contact that will co-ordinate the recruitment of staff across
all sections in need of support. The Account Manager will
have overall responsibility for the operational management
of temporary staff and will ensure the support unit will operate
to the same standard.
Onsite Support
Support will be made available from 8:00am to 5:30pm Monday
to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). We have 24-hour voicemail
and 24/7 external support via mobile communications.
There could be a need for both regular on site support and
liaison meetings between the Account Manager and HR functions.
These will be subject to your calculated needs and the agreed
recruitment model.
As a minimum we would suggest:
Monday am - Onsite Check Ins by Account Representative
Friday am - End of week worker evaluation and confirmed re-book
