Job title: Finnish Speaking Customer Service Executive
Location: Redditch
Salary: 18-20k
Hours: 37.5 hours a week
Our client already provides worldwide assistance and now due to further expansion is looking to recruit a finnish Speaking Customer Service Executive to join their team.
Day to Day duties will include the following:
* Point of contact for large corporate customers via phone and email
* Processing all orders
* Monitoring compliance with relevant car policy
* Managing the order process through start to finish
* Managing companies leasing contracts
* Managing communication with external companies
* Resolving customer complaints or issues in a timely manner
* Preparation of reports for customers and account managers
As a person you will need the following qualities and experience:
* Experience in leasing/fleet management industry (Desirable)
* Proven track record in customer support (Desirable)
* Previously worked in a team environment (Essential)
* Experience with MS Word and Excel (Essential)
* Excellent written and spoken English (Essential)
* Second European language. (Essential)
* Car driver due to location (Essential)
