Role: Telesales Manager
Location: Midlands
Salary: 25,000 plus commission

The Role:
Day to day duties will include:
* Managing a small telesales team
* Appraisals & monthly reviews
* Recruitment of staff
* Listening to calls and giving feedback
* Making sure structure of calls are maximising sales
* Setting targets


As a person you will need the following experience & qualities:
* Management of a team previously
* Worked in a B2C role previously
* Good IT skills
* Sales & Customer service background
