Working from the Redditch Recruitment Centre based on the Unicorn Hill this role is designed to positively support reception area duties inc. key payroll and marketing duties from Monday through to Wednesday 9am 5pm.
Skills and Qualifications
3-Years Office based experience
Intermediate Level of all MS Office Applications including:
MS Excel
MS Word
MS Powerpoint
Previous experience of bespoke DB systems
Some Knowledge of payroll systems would be advantageous but not essential.
Advanced data entry skills
An eye for detail
Proven telephone work in Customer Service environment
Soft Skills
Positive communicator with a warm outgoing disposition
Exacting standards with the ability to work well under pressure at speed
