Day to Day duties will include the following:
*Dealing with customers from Sweden via the internet and phone
*Good organisational skills
*Working towards tight deadlines
*Answering questions for suitable equipment in the golf and cricket sector.
*Understanding the full range of clothing and equipment.
*Onsite golf shop service clients
*Liaising with Warehouse staff and office members
*Online marketing
*Working towards tight deadlines for orders to be dispatched

As a person you will need the following qualities and experience:
*Fluent in Swedish both verbal and written
* Strong IT skills (Essential)
* Excellent Customer Service (Essential)
* Good knowledge of gold and cricket (Advantageous)
* Have previous experience working within a office customer service environment (Advantageous)
